Institutional Foundations Of Development Of The Air Transport Sector And Supporting Infrastructure

Abstract

This article deals with the author's view on the concept of development of air transport system, which can be the basis of the branch program documents. The author presented a preamble and the main directions of realization of the development strategy. The article identifies the main directions of institutional regulation of the sector development. Institutional mechanisms for regulating the development of the air transport sector and supporting infrastructure were outlined. In article also was considered the issues of creating new integrated cross-sector air-transport associations – strategic alliances.
